Feedback = More Content For You!

I've gotten so much feedback on "Health Club Secrets" that I have decided to put even MORE into it.  It seems that many people have found the step by step health club process extremely useful and I haven't had anyone say that it hasn't worked for them.

But, some of the questions I've been receiving are:

"I understand that a club is the absolute best place to workout; however, I just don't know how to get started."

"I can't seem to get myself into gear, what are some things I can do to help me get the results I want."

"I've been doing aerobics for the last 2 years and I can't seem to come anywhere close to where I want to be."

Therefore, in my quest to always over-deliver, I've now rehashed much of the book and have included several new chapters to address these questions.

Here are the additions:

"The Law of Singular Focus" -- How to Get Anything You Want In Life

"The Comfort Zone" -- What is this life sucking area?

6 Easy, Bulletproof Ways to Guarantee Weight Loss (If you do them of course)

8 Exercise Secrets only the Pros know that increase your results ten fold

The exact way to formulate your workouts to maximize results

Why "motivation" might do you more harm than good

A secret "trigger" that can get you any result you desire

The 2 reasons everyone fails when trying to lose weight

How "Spread Theory" saps the results away.

80% of your weight loss goals come from this ALONE, if you don't know this, you might as well not even start.

How aerobics classes contaminate your results.

The 20% of exercises that produce 80% of your workout goals (not the same as above)

And much, much, more.

I tell you every thing you need to know about the source of your problem.  Everyone KNOWS they need to exercise but they just can't get around to it.  I'll show you why.

Oh, I forgot, for you 512 people that have already purchased the book, make sure to check your inboxes in the next two days.  You have a brand new copy with all of the additions waiting for you.

See, it DOES pay to get in early.

If you haven't ordered yet, there will never be a better time than the present.  You can always make more money but time is the one commodity you can never get back.  AND, since exercising and weight loss are cummulative and compound (like interest), the longer you wait, the longer it's gonna take for you to get where you want to go.

So go ahead and order, the risk is all on me.

Oh, make sure to jump in on my newsletter so you can receive all of my special reports FREE, none of which are released to the public.

The Future of Clubs

Within the next five years, health clubs will be forced to upgrade considerably.  With the advent of technology, many things will be interlinked together.

With that being said, there are already a few clubs that have recognized this trend and have already began to adapt.  These clubs are the ones that already care a tremendous amount about their members.

Ask yourself if you feel this way about the club you belong to..........

Picture a place you could go where everything you need is already preplanned.  You walk in
to a bunch of friends that know your name.  They ask how your kids are doing or how your
knee has been feeling lately.  You say that things are getting better but you have a question
about a new program you've heard about.  One of your friends behind the desk calls another
one of your friends where you get your answers.

You thank your friend for the great info and grab your workout towel.  You go to the members
area and you see your personalized workout is ready for you to pick up.  It's leg day.  It's a
good thing you've been following the customized diet plan that you optioned for.

After you finish, you run your completed workout to the desk and grab a shower towel as well.
In the shower, you are thinking about how great you feel and how you wished that you'd found
this place sooner.

After you shower up, you begin to gather all of your things and exit the locker room.  You
make some small talk with a few of the cool members you've met and make you way out.  On
your way out, one of your friends flags you down and tells you about a place that you can get
yet another discount to.  You think about how many discounts you are getting to different
places and start to realize that all of these discounts alone have made this membership worth
it.

When you get home, you realize you have a question so you log on to the members
forums
and ask a question.  You get several replies and find out what you need.  You also go to the
private resources area and download that new ebook that's available for free.  Life is good.

You had a doctors appointment earlier in the day and the doc is extremely happy.  It seems
you've lost 15 lbs and your risk assessment puts you in the low risk group for heart attacks
and stroke.  Things are getting easier on a day to day basis and you've been bouncing out of
bed lately.  You think back to when you've had this much energy.

Before bed, you decide that tomorrow you are going to try that new
Inferno workout.  Your
friend Brad (that's me) told you about it last week in the newsletter email.  After all, you've got
a few friends that could afford to come with you to the club next week.

If you aren't feeling this way about your club, don't you think it's about time you did?  After all, it is your money, don't you deserve better?

You do and now you know it.

Remember, it's the little things that matter.  Find out all of the little things in my book.  The power is yours.

Happy New Year to all and make sure to eat your blackeyed peas.
